Design Services: Client Requested: Renovation & New Construction w/ Soft & Sophisticated Beach Vibe for target demographic and price point.
Interior: Conceptual Design, Space Planning, CAD, FFE, Models and Clubhouse Furnishings, Special Event Decor
Exterior: Conceptual Design, FFE of Renovation and New Construction (3 Bldg Types), Wayfinding and Signage, Amenity Design
