Project: Surf A1A Apartment Community Renovations & New Construction

Previously known as Mariner’s Village Apartments. Surf, is a newly renovated community with the addition of 2 newly constructed apartment buildings and Clubhouse. The objective was to provide interior and exterior design to update the existing buildings, create model apartment units, and a temporary leasing space. As well as provide interior and exterior design services for 2 new buildings and Clubhouse which included design and implementation of pool and community amenity upgrades. Project: Residential Renovation and Furnish for Investment Property
Client: Welcome Home

This project consisted of a full renovation and upgrade as well as furnishing a residence for short-term rental. Finish, fixture, and equipment (FFE) upgrades with full turn-key furnishings to accommodate the rental market. To include all amenities associated with a fully furnished and functional Airbnb. Such as linens, dishware, toiletries, utility setup, etc.
Project: The Reef Oceanside Apartments New Construction – Sales & Leasing Center
Client: LVL Living

The mission was to create an appealing temporary leasing and sales center for potential presales and leasing of this luxury apartment community during construction. This is an ongoing project consisting of model apartment design and interior design of 20 common area spaces to accommodate an array of uses within the newly constructed buildings.

Sea Oats Apartments, soon to be branded as Beach Towne Apartments, is an ongoing community renovation project. Consisting of interior upgrades to apartment units and clubhouse. As well as exterior redesign of 15 buildings and amenity updates to better suite today’s market and location.
